Pattison Metal Fab. is an 8(a), woman-owned small business, located in a HUBzone, and was established in February 2000. PMF employees are highly skilled workers engaged in precision metal fabricating. With significant experience in manufacturing, automation and administration, PMF's customer base includes industries requiring precise fabrication, such as electronics, telecommunications, flight simulation, oil and gas; and DOD. PMF is ISO 9000 compliant and is in the process of becoming an AS/9100 company and is a Rockwell Collins mentoring protegee.
PMF is a separate company from its counterpart Pattison Precision Products (PPP) and is structured for the strict traceability of all items it manufactures. All documents including certifications for material and hardware are kept on record for 5 years; that period can be extended per customer's request.
Pattison Presision Products is an ISO 9000 compliant job shop. PPP recognizes not all manufactured products require the stringent aero-space requirements that can add to cost and lead times.
Pattison offers high quality precision products with lower than average industry cost. We understand manufacturing is subject to program fluctuation. Pattison operations are scalable and able to adjust to our customers' delivery needs.
Pattison has a skilled labor force that continually acquires knowledge and adjusts to the latest equipment technology. We are able to fabricate large full motion simulator platforms, to the smallest of MIL spec. piece parts, as well as cockpit structures for simulators like the T45, F18, A10, F16, F22, T6 and seats. Pattison processes allow us to reduce cost and pass that savings on to our customers.
